You can even edit share videos, which is a pretty cool feature. They continue to add more value to their membership, including the ability to add up to 5 team members to one license.

CRM

Keap (formerly Infusionsoft) is a robust solution for businesses who want to drive engagement and leverage automations. I use them as my scheduler, marketing machine, and email newsletter distributer.

Kimberly Inez Mays is an automations wizard who can set it all up for you.

PRODUCTIVITY

Notion is my go-to for organization. I use it for many aspects of my business, writing projects, and my personal life.

I really like their customization options for databases. You can also add some integrations to build out custom forms and mini websites. My Client Portals are hosted here.

EDITING

As a professional editor since 2010, I know that nothing beats the quality of a skilled human specializing in your genre. If you need a quicker turnaround than is humanly possible or if you want to run an early draft through an editing program, ProWritingAid is amazing!

I prefer it over Grammarly and recommend it to friends, clients, and colleagues on the daily!

LIVESTREAM

This platform lets you stream recorded or live video to multiple platforms at once. I use this to stream The Read More, Write More Radio Show and I love the interface and features like banners and backend customization options. You can stream to Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and even Twitch.

Trello is amazing for productivity. I use it to see all of my ideas and projects categorized at a glance. I have boards for business development, content planning, goal-setting, and more.

I really like the feature where you can email a note to a specific board, so I never have to leave my inbox to get things done. Their free plan does enough for most people.
